DESCRIPTION: Our Jr. Account Reps are the support system for the agency. They foster our client-agency relationship and the main source of contact. As an Jr. Account Rep you will be recruiting new clients for the agency as well as managing the relationships of current clients. You will learn our company process and procedures in order to onboard future clients

JOB RESPONSIBILITY:

• Obtain new clients/projects for the agency
• Become the main point of contact for clients
• Manage client project/Oversee client deadlines
• Hold initial client meetings
• Ensure client all agreements/contract are signed timely

THE MUST HAVE: Must have a high school diploma or equivalent. Must have excellent people skills and customer service. Must have professional oral and written communication skills. Must have a can do attitude and a willingness to learn. Must be team oriented. Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision. Must meet be able to meet deadlines and stay organized.
